At HOFF, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new sneakers aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original HOFF packaging and include all tags. Ensure the box is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
